Savvy Studio recently completed this new branding project for Kate linens. Kate underwent a brand restructure to simplify their many sub-brands and put them under one umbrella. The goal was to establish themselves as a market leader in hospitality linen. The new brand evokes ideas of quality, design and effortless luxury - with the key message being everyday ease. Graphic styling and logo creation are all informed and inspired by the monstera leaf, which had accompanied the brand since its original conception. The branding system is inspired by luscious jungle vegetation to create patterns which accompany the different products they carry. The design approach extends through to environmentally conscious packaging, all plastic packaging has been removed and replaced by a single band that holds the fabric together. It allows customers to experience first-hand the superior quality of the materials.
The overall result is a highly crafted luxury brand that connects with the audience at an emotional level. The organic, natural styling helps create an approachable but sophisticated positioning that will serve them well in the hospitality market.
